Pigmentation
Sensitive Skin

A professional peel that corrects all types of visible hyperpigmentation on all Skin tones. A patent-pending approach to peel formulation, Multi-Acid Synergistic Technology combines ingredients that target hyperpigmentation and deliver higher efficacy with less irritation than single-acid formulations.
We start with a thorough cleanse of the face before applying the PCA Pigment Correct Peel. The peel stays on for 5-10 minutes to allow the active ingredients to be absorbed into the skin. The peel is then soaked off and a rich moisturiser is applied. The whole treatment takes 30 minutes.
Many clients notice a reduction in visible hyperpigmentation one week after treatment. The PCA Pigment Correct Peel is designed to leave you with a clearer-looking complexion, with minimal disruption to your day.
Downtime is minimal with the PCA Pigment Correct Peel and most normal activities can resume the same day. We recommend avoiding strenuous exercise and/or swimming for 24 hours.
We always recommend the use of sunscreen to prevent sun damage to the skin. Sunscreen with SPF 30 or above should be used daily. If you are under the sun for prolonged periods of time, sunscreen needs to be reapplied at least once every two hours.
On a rare occasion, a slight redness may occur which subsides within a few hours.
When pre-treatment protocols are followed. Light flaking may be present in some individuals post-treatment if the skin has been exposed to harsh environmental stressors, retinoids, products with high percentages of AHAs/BHAs, or other factors.
Due to the ingredients used, this treatment is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Many clients notice smoother, clearer-looking skin after a single treatment, though results can vary. Best results come from a course of 3 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart.
You may experience a tingling or tightening sensation in the skin, but no pain.
Whilst we have seen amazing results from this treatment, please know that results vary and we cannot make guarantees. We recommend coming and speaking to our registered nurses for an in-depth consultation. They will discuss in detail how the treatment works, whether it will be right for your skin type and the expected results in line with your skin goals.
