New Client Offer – Terms and Conditions

This offer is provided by The Clinic PTY LTD trading as The Clinic Bondi (ABN 72 089 079 989), Suite 2203, Tower 1, 520 Oxford St, Bondi Junction NSW 2022

("we", "us", "The Clinic Bondi"). By redeeming it, you agree to these terms.

1. The offer

1.1 New clients get 15% off their first visit to The Clinic Bondi.

1.2 The offer is only available to new clients who have not had a treatment at The Clinic Bondi before.

1.3 Available to clients aged 18 and over. We may ask for proof of age.

2. How to claim

2.1 Sign up to our email list to receive your unique offer code.

2.2 The offer is valid for 30 days from the date you sign up. Your treatment must be completed within that time.

2.3 Quote your offer code when you book. Each code can only be used once.

3. What's included

3.1 The 15% discount applies to one treatment from the following list:

  • Chemical peels
  • Facials
  • HydraFacial
  • Sofwave
  • Ultraformer
  • Alma Opus
  • IPL
  • Fraxel
  • LED

3.2 The discount also applies to over-the-counter skincare products bought in clinic at the same visit.

3.3 The offer isn't valid on:

  • any treatment, product or service not listed above
  • memberships, treatment packs or gift vouchers
  • already discounted treatment offers
  • purchases from our online store

4. Consultation and suitability

4.1 All treatments are subject to a consultation and suitability assessment by one of our clinicians. We will only perform a treatment if your clinician believes it is clinically appropriate for you.

4.2 Some treatments need a consultation or patch test before they can go ahead.

4.3 If you aren't suitable for your chosen treatment, it won't be performed. You can instead use the offer on another eligible treatment your clinician recommends within the offer period.

4.4 Results vary from person to person. Your clinician will talk you through the expected outcomes, risks and recovery during your consultation.

5. General

5.1 The discount comes off our standard listed prices at the time of booking.

5.2 One use per client. The offer can't be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

5.3 The offer can't be combined with any other offer, discount, membership benefit or loyalty benefit.

5.4 Promotional discounts have no cash value and can't be refunded.

5.5 If we reasonably believe the offer has been misused, for example through multiple sign-ups or false details, we may decline it.

5.6 We may change or withdraw this offer at any time. This won't affect a treatment you've already booked using a valid code.

5.7 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
