Treatment Packs: Terms & Conditions

General Terms & Conditions (apply to all packs)

1. Treatment packs are available for selected skin and device treatments only. Packs are not offered on any injectable treatment or prescription-only medicine.
2. Pack pricing reflects a bundled rate for three (3) sessions of the same treatment purchased together. The "single" price shown is our standard price for one session of that treatment at The Clinic Bondi, and the "saving" is the difference between three single sessions and the pack price.
3. Treatment packs cannot be purchased or booked online. To purchase a pack, please call the clinic on 02 9386 1533 or pay in clinic. "Book Now" reserves your first treatment session with a deposit of [$X]. This deposit is [refundable / non-refundable] in line with our Booking & Cancellation Policy and will be applied to the cost of your treatment. You may choose to upgrade to a full treatment pack at the clinic. Full pack payment is required after your first treatment session. [Add the deposit amount and choose refundable or non-refundable.]
4. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a treatment pack or receive treatment.
5. A consultation with a qualified clinician is required before your first treatment to confirm suitability. Not everyone is a suitable candidate for every treatment. Suitability is assessed at consultation, not at the time of purchase. A treatment pack will only be offered where your clinician recommends a course of treatment for your skin.
6. As with all skin treatments, individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Outcomes depend on your individual skin type, condition and concern, and on completing the full course of sessions as recommended by your clinician.
7. Full risk, recovery and aftercare information will be provided and discussed at your consultation before treatment.
8. Sessions must be spaced according to your clinician's recommended treatment interval. Pack sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, after which any unused sessions are forfeited. If your recommended treatment interval means you cannot complete all three sessions within 6 months, your clinician will discuss this with you before you purchase.
9. If your clinician advises that you should not continue treatment for a clinical reason, any unused sessions will be [refunded / credited towards an alternative suitable treatment] at the pack's per-session rate. [Choose one.]
10. Pack sessions are non-transferable to other treatments or to other people, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as set out in clause 9.
11. Packs cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or membership discount unless otherwise stated.
12. The Clinic Bondi's standard Booking & Cancellation Policy applies to all appointments booked under a treatment pack.
13. The Clinic Bondi reserves the right to amend or withdraw any pack offer at any time without notice. This does not affect packs already purchased.
14. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pack Pricing (Pack of 3)

Pack-Specific Terms

Chemical Peels (Level 1, Level 2 and Customised Peel)

• Peel strength and active ingredients will be selected by your clinician based on your skin assessment, and may be adjusted between sessions based on how your skin responds.
• Level 2 peels may require a period of skin preparation, including recommended homecare, before treatment, as advised by your clinician.

iS Clinical Prodigy Peel P2 System

• [Confirm whether the pack includes any at-home products or components, and state what is included.]
• Treatment will be tailored by your clinician based on your skin assessment.

HydraFacial (Signature, Deluxe and Platinum)

• Each pack covers three sessions at the level purchased and cannot be exchanged for a different level.
• Any booster add-ons beyond those included in your chosen HydraFacial level are not included in the pack price and are charged separately if selected.

SkinPen Microneedling

• A topical numbing agent may be used before treatment. Please tell your clinician about any known sensitivities before your first session.
• Sessions must be spaced according to your clinician's recommended interval to allow adequate skin recovery between treatments.

Opus Uniface

• A topical numbing agent may be used before treatment. Please tell your clinician about any known sensitivities before your first session.
• Sessions must be spaced according to your clinician's recommended interval to allow adequate skin recovery between treatments.

Ultraformer MPT (Eyes and Submentum)

• Each pack applies only to the treatment area purchased (eyes or submentum) and cannot be transferred to a different area.
• Sessions must be spaced according to your clinician's recommended interval. Your clinician will confirm at consultation that the recommended schedule fits within the 6-month pack validity.
