Since it opened its doors in 1999, The Clinic Bondi has been the go-to cosmetic and skin clinic in Sydney, known for its ability to achieve exceptional results and deliver a prestigious high-end guest experience.
It’s founders and directors, Kaye Scott and Lisa Sullivan-Smith both coming from a nursing and pharmaceutical industry background, wanted to create an anti-ageing space, which combined clinical expertise in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Today, The Clinic Bondi provides the very best services and technologies for your face and body. Specialising in evidence-based treatments, including skin tightening, skin rejuvenation, laser treatments, medical grade face peels and cosmetic injectables, The Clinic Bondi only employs Doctors and Registered Nurses, so every client feels safe and confident they will get exceptional results.
The Founders
Co-Director, Kaye Scott
Kaye Scott trained as a Registered General and Psychiatric Nurse in Dublin, Ireland before working as a Registered Nurse at St. Vincent's Hospital, Sydney where she specialised in ICU. After nursing, Kaye worked for several leading pharmaceutical companies before starting a career as a clinical nurse trainer for Boots Health Care Australia. After working as a clinical trainer for a laser company, Kaye noticed a gap in the market for a clinic that offered a high level of clinical care, experience and service. Kaye enjoys working in skin care, Fraxel and IPL treatments and believes you can look great for your age, rather than trying to look 10 years younger. “It’s not necessarily lines that can age you but the condition of your skin,” she says.Kaye is passionate about helping her clients to feel the very best in their skin:

Co-Director, Lisa Sullivan-Smith
Lisa Sullivan-Smith commenced her nursing career at St Vincent’s Private Hospital and her interest in plastic surgery began at this time as she developed a passion for aesthetics. "I remember looking after my first face-lift patient and thought all the intricacy of facial surgery and reconstruction was fascinating,” she says. This enthusiasm led to wanting to develop a greater knowledge of the industry and begin a flourishing career in pharmaceuticals. Lisa was soon head hunted by a leading French Dermaceutical company, which was her first step to becoming an expert in cosmetic treatments. Lisa’s artistic mind and eye for detail gives her an edge that only few possess when it comes to injectables. She trained exclusively with world renowned figures in non-surgical procedures and has since become a leader in her field. Lisa uses advanced non-surgical treatments such as Thermage, injectable muscle relaxants and dermal fillers to develop individualised treatment plans that achieve natural results: “I see the face as a canvas. Anyone can inject, but not everybody can create the aesthetic ideal.”

If you are a new client, every appointment at The Clinic Bondi starts with an in-depth skin consultation, during which one of our medically-trained staff will discuss your skin goals and devise a customised treatment plan to achieve them.
With over 23 years of experience, The Clinic Bondi only employs Doctors and Registered Nurses who are experts in their field, so you know you are in safe hands.
The treatments we offer are medical grade, which means they work at deeper levels within the skin and are clinically proven in treating skin concerns such as acne and breakouts, ageing, dryness, dullness, pre- and post-natal, pigmentation, redness and rosacea, and sensitive skin.

Meet the Team
Registered Nurse
Paige Doherty
Paige Starkey is one of The Clinic’s cosmetic injectors. Paige is an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in cardiology, neurosurgery and the Intensive Care Unit. Paige performs all skin treatments at The Clinic and her favourites include Anti Wrinkle Injections and Timeless Peels. Paige's philosophy is that skin care is not one size fits all. When it comes to preventing the signs of ageing it's about a holistic approach that targets your unique concerns.
REGISTERED NURSE
Deirdre O’Connell
Deirdre joined The Clinic in 2018. She is experienced in Anti-Wrinkle Injectables with over 18 years of nursing experience, spending many years in a successful private practice focusing on Ophthalmology and Refractive Laser surgery. Deirdre is trained in Chemical Face Peels, Thermage, Ultraformer, IPL Rejuvenation, Fraxel, Skin Pen, Hydrafacial and Dermablading.
Deirdre's favourite treatments are regular Peels, Ultraformer and SkinPen.
Registered Nurse
Brigette Barning
Brigette joined The Clinic in October 2023. After completing a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, she soon realised her passion for Cosmetic Nursing and went on to complete a Bachelor of Nursing. During her studies, she maintained working within a clinical setting as a beauty therapist and was able to further her extensive knowledge in skin treatments. Brigette then worked in the Emergency Department for 6 years meaning, you are definitely in safe hands with Brigette.
Brigette has wide range of cosmetic treatments that she loves including Hydrafacial and Ultraformer although her favourite treatment is SkinPen.
Registered Nurse
Joe Fenech
Prior to rejoining in June 2023, Joe worked at The Clinic for 7 years as the Practice Manager while studying a Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Arts. During this time, he learnt extensively about the treatments and products offered at The Clinic.
Joe has 5 years of hospital experience at St Vincent's Public Hospital Sydney, where he specialised in the Intensive Care Unit, completing his postgraduate degree in critical care. Joe is delighted to return to The Clinic to help his clients achieve their skin care goals. His favourite treatment is HydraFacial.
Clinic Manager
Cathy Toal
Cathy joined The Clinic in August 2023. She is our full time Clinic Manager and oversees all the day to day runnings of The Clinic.
Cathy has extensive experience working in the beauty industry, having worked for award winning Irish beauty brands, ensuring high levels of customer experience and satisfaction were achieved.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for skincare, Cathy’s commitment to delivering exceptional service is evident in every aspect of the clinic's operations.
