Booking & Cancellation Policy
Consultation requirements
For new clients, or those we haven’t seen in over 12 months, we begin with an in-depth skin consultation. During this appointment, one of our medically-trained staff will discuss your skin goals and create a customised treatment plan tailored to your needs.
Our skin consultations are $100 and fully redeemable on treatments booked with us. If you choose not to proceed with treatment, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Deposit Procedure
We require a deposit of $100 to secure your appointment booking which will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. This amount is redeemable at the time of treatment or can be held for your future appointments.
Any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Please note: All Facial Volume, Hyperhydrosis, Bio Remodelling, Fraxel and Ultraformer treatments require a $500 deposit. On booking you will pay $100, within 24hrs a member of the team from The Clinic Bondi will call to discuss your treatment and finalise remaining $400.
Cancellations policy.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- If you cancel outside the 48-hour window, an admin and booking fee of $4.99 will be deducted from any eligible refund of your deposit.
- All missed appointments without prior notice will incur a $100 no show fee in addition to your deposit payment being forfeited. Please feel free to call us on 02 9386 1533 with any questions regarding this.
